In 1967, John Lennon wrote a hit single called ‘All You Need is Love.’ In addition to that, he beat up two of his wives, abused his Jewish manager verbally and even abandoned one of his children. Three and a half decades later, Trent Neznor wrote a hit single called ‘Love is not enough’s and went on to give a lot of things including cancelling tours and shows to be a better husband and father to his family. As you can see, there is a great deal of difference between the two – one of them has a clear understanding of what love is and the other has no clue. The modern culture is one where many people idealize love and as such, they end up getting a lot of things wrong including neglecting their loved ones.

Much as we like it to be true, love is not enough to solve our relationship problems. The idea of loving someone is great on some level but on the practical side of things, it cannot help you deal with the real issues at hand. It can lead to a really ugly emotional roller coaster and it’s important to understand that in addition to love, the relationships you build with others should also be based on a stable and practical foundation. Are you the kind of person who has usually made up your mind before hearing all the facts or jumps to conclusions quite easily, you are more judgmental than you might think. While no one likes to admit that they like to label and evaluate other people, it sometimes happens subconsciously without you knowing that you are doing it. And since being judgmental is ingrained deeply into our subconscious, it can be very hard to break the habit. But did you know that there are many benefits of being nonjudgmental?

  1. Making higher quality friendships: Being friends with someone who is always judging what you do can be tough. You get the feeling that you are always under the microscope and as such, you only feel the need to share information that’s safe for discussion. Sometimes this means omitting anything that feels personal. If however you are nonjudgmental, having high quality friendships is easy as you don’t feel the need to omit any important information and your friends are free to discuss anything with you because they know you won’t attack them for their actions. In other words, it makes you being non-judgmental makes you more tolerant.
  2. You become a happier person: Let’s face it. Being judged all the time eventually persuades your inner being to accept that you are exactly what people say you are. On the other hand, if you aren’t a judgmental person, then you aren’t weighed down by the constant need to figure out the complexities of other situations or people. Ultimately, you develop a stronger shield against judgment by other people and you end up living a happier life.
  3. You achieve greater spirituality: By being judgmental, you create a spirit that is freeing. It opens you up and makes you always ready to receive love and give it more than ever. And since you aren’t creating positives and negatives or assigning labels anymore, you feel calm and peaceful too. You see everything for its own inherent beauty. Check this out.

There are several ways to stop being judgmental some of which include meditation to change brainwaves from beta to theta. You can also try a breathing exercise where you sit in a quiet comfortable place then breathe in and out with your eyes close. Remember to let yourself feel the air going in and out of your body. Make this exercise a regular part of your routine. Our team of famous spiritual healers offers free energy healing services to people all over the world and we can help you go from judgmental to nonjudgmental.
