It is a little hard to understand illness. When it occurs we just feel like there is no solution and we turn to different types of healing techniques to get healthy again and it usually works temporarily as we end up getting ill again.
But for those who do understand illness it is actually possible to eradicate it completely or to at least turn its effects insignificant. With a large amount of spiritual education and with the knowledge that has been passed down by the masters we can understand illness properly .
The big secret about it is that it originates in the mind and only after originating will it manifest physically. Essentially, when we get ill the problem begins in our mind and then expands into our body – so it is possible to stop it if we manage to control the problem in our mind.
