With the fast nature of the 21st century, many people respond to the rising demands of work by putting in longer hours. With time, this puts a toll on people emotionally, mentally and physically. In turn, it leads to high turnover rates, increased levels of distraction and declining levels of engagement. The main problem with working longer hours is that time is a finite resource. On the other hand, energy is a whole different matter which in physics is defined as the ability to work. Energy is derived from four main off-springs in human beings which include spirit, mind, emotions and physical. In all the above, energy can be expanded systematically and renewed through intentionally practiced behaviors.

There are several ways that can help one better manage their energy. One can start by establishing an earlier bedtime as well as giving up drinking. This makes one feel more rested every morning as well as more motivated to work out and exercise. A healthy breakfast every morning is also a great idea and so are regular afternoon walks. These are just a few rituals that help renew and manage your energy for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Want to try something different?

Albert Einstein is known for many things and one of his most remarkable quotes is that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. While that is not the true definition of insanity according to English dictionary, it stands true especially since we are humans who are also creatures of routine. Even those who pride themselves as spontaneous and impulsive do a lot routine stuff in their lives. But at the end of the day, if you want to achieve different results, then you have to try something different. Start by taking a look at Free Energy Healings.

There is no way around it if you want a different tomorrow, you have to do something different today. Unfortunately, not everybody is open to the idea of change and that’s probably why many of us have become slaves of routine. We want a better paying job but don’t want to put in more work, we want new skills but we aren’t willing to put in the extra time and energy required to do so. Some of us want to stop worrying about debt all the time but we can’t bring ourselves to stop incurring unnecessary expenses. We all have desires of things we want to achieve in our lives or change but because we are slaves of routine, we never get past dreaming and wishing.

You are probably aware of the fact that vitamin D is an important nutrient which is best gotten from sunlight. However, what you may not know is that the sun provides a whole lot more benefits that extend beyond provision of vitamin D. Heliotherapy, or sun therapy, is a form of therapy where sunlight is used directly to treat medical conditions like tuberculosis. This method of treatment was used long before the invention of modern medicine. Find out about Alternative Medicine.

When the skin is exposed to sunlight, you experience invisible changes in the circulatory system such as modification of the capillaries. You see, the skin is closely linked to the autonomic nervous system. This means that exposure to the skin affects more than just the skin tan. A good example is when you live in cold conditions, your body won’t require much water but if you live in summer conditions, your body will need to replenish its water supply regularly.

The Chakras are wheels of energy spread throughout your body that cannot be physically seen, but that are there. If you imagine them, you can see small brightly colored wheels running your whole body.

The area in which the Chakras correspond to critical nerve centers in the body, so they are connected to your physical, emotional and psychological well—being. The main Chakras are located along the spine and the head area, and even though there are many Chakras, the main 7 are the ones that can be Cleaned and Illuminated with an energy healing modality.

Our Chakras start off healthy and vibrantly spinning in a clockwise direction but, as time goes by, they become clogged with emotional problems, stress, worry, and all sorts of negative energies that flow through us.

We Need More Than Love

In 1967, John Lennon wrote a hit single called ‘All You Need is Love.’ In addition to that, he beat up two of his wives, abused his Jewish manager verbally and even abandoned one of his children. Three and a half decades later, Trent Neznor wrote a hit single called ‘Love is not enough’s and went on to give a lot of things including cancelling tours and shows to be a better husband and father to his family. As you can see, there is a great deal of difference between the two – one of them has a clear understanding of what love is and the other has no clue. The modern culture is one where many people idealize love and as such, they end up getting a lot of things wrong including neglecting their loved ones.

Much as we like it to be true, love is not enough to solve our relationship problems. The idea of loving someone is great on some level but on the practical side of things, it cannot help you deal with the real issues at hand. It can lead to a really ugly emotional roller coaster and it’s important to understand that in addition to love, the relationships you build with others should also be based on a stable and practical foundation. Find the Alternative Here.

Are you the kind of person who has usually made up your mind before hearing all the facts or jumps to conclusions quite easily, you are more judgmental than you might think. While no one likes to admit that they like to label and evaluate other people, it sometimes happens subconsciously without you knowing that you are doing it. And since being judgmental is ingrained deeply into our subconscious, it can be very hard to break the habit. But did you know that there are many benefits of being nonjudgmental?

  1. Making higher quality friendships: Being friends with someone who is always judging what you do can be tough. You get the feeling that you are always under the microscope and as such, you only feel the need to share information that’s safe for discussion. Sometimes this means omitting anything that feels personal. If however you are nonjudgmental, having high quality friendships is easy as you don’t feel the need to omit any important information and your friends are free to discuss anything with you because they know you won’t attack them for their actions. In other words, it makes you being non-judgmental makes you more tolerant.
  2. You become a happier person: Let’s face it. Being judged all the time eventually persuades your inner being to accept that you are exactly what people say you are. On the other hand, if you aren’t a judgmental person, then you aren’t weighed down by the constant need to figure out the complexities of other situations or people. Ultimately, you develop a stronger shield against judgment by other people and you end up living a happier life.
  3. You achieve greater spirituality: By being judgmental, you create a spirit that is freeing. It opens you up and makes you always ready to receive love and give it more than ever. And since you aren’t creating positives and negatives or assigning labels anymore, you feel calm and peaceful too. You see everything for its own inherent beauty. Check this out.

There are several ways to stop being judgmental some of which include meditation to change brainwaves from beta to theta. You can also try a breathing exercise where you sit in a quiet comfortable place then breathe in and out with your eyes close. Remember to let yourself feel the air going in and out of your body. Make this exercise a regular part of your routine. Our team of famous spiritual healers offers free energy healing services to people all over the world and we can help you go from judgmental to nonjudgmental.

We all have part of what’s divine within us but, unfortunately, we seemingly lost that connection with the divine somewhere along the way. Then things started to seem empty, it feels like something was missing: and it really was, our connection with our Supreme Source is missing.

Currently human beings have two active strands of DNA, but science has shown that there are 10 additional strands in us, that simply aren’t connected. These strands are called Junk DNA. According to what we know, we’re simply using 20 percent of our brain power because these 10 strands of Junk DNA aren’t connected.

Now if they were just useless, they wouldn’t be there in the first place. This Junk DNA can be activated to reach out to the divine with the use of our energy.  Through the etheric body, we can reconnect these 10 strands of DNA and reach the divinity within us – we can kill that missing link and become united within ourselves.
